I was very pleased with how I was treated. I asked to test drive a vehicle that was at another one of their dealerships and they made that happen quickly and were very pleasant about it. I did not end up buying the car but felt bad because the treatment was so good!
Buying this vehicle was extremely easy. What happened next is unfortunate. My car was sold to me without being cleaned, with a light on the dash, and an active recall. I had to call repeatedly to get someone to take action on any of this. Terrible service. I was told the cost to replace a mirror would be between $40 and $50 . It cost me over $100. To top it off the mirror can’t be adjusted so I can’t see out of it . I will be returning tomorrow. I will never bring my car there again.
The staff at Henderson was friendly and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. We love our new F-150, but wish that the staff at Henderson would have taken more time explaining the sales contract and the features of our new Ford truck.

We were extremely pleased with the courtesy and responsiveness during the process of purchasing our new-to-us car from Henderson Ford. Thomas Smith was our salesperson. He took the utmost care to make us comfortable and invited us to test drive the car as long as we wanted. We were able to negotiate a very fair deal on a great car. We have purchased Ford products from other dealers in the past. And we looked at additional cars following our trip to Henderson. However, Thomas and Henderson earned our business.
The salesman was forgetful and disorganized after being off several months for the Covid shut-down. The car was everything advertised and more. I love it!

Very happy with my truck but no so much on taking delivery. Waited three hours before taking possession. Was told I would have to bring the truck back the next day to have it detailed. While online shopping for cars I came across Henderson Ford and visited their website. I was somewhat surprised to see their list prices on cars be 1-2 thousand lower than other dealerships so I decided to visit,. I was greeted almost immediately by a friendly salesman named Anthony. I explained what I was looking for and he listened very well and was very helpful. After some discussion we reached a deal that I was very happy with.

I had the displeasure of working with West Herr and Cortese and I could not believe the difference in dealerships. They understood the concerns I had and went out of their way to see those things did NOT happen there.

We purchased a 2013 Ford CMAX ENERGI and traded in a 2002 Saturn LW300 Wagon which we bought in Virginia. When we were in the process of picking up the CMAX and closing yhe deal, we had a problem with Title on the Saturn. That's where Henderson Ford really excelled. They made the right phone calls to get the Saturn Title from the bankrupt GMAC. Also the Virginia DMV got involved to FEDX the Title directly to Henderson Ford. What an ordeal!!!
I've cone into Quick Lane a few times w/ problems regarding my car and have never had a bad visit. The staff at Quick Lane have been very friendly, not to mention patient and understanding.
